Stamps.com

I started a solo practice almost one year ago. I quickly learned that postage would be a hassle, so I signed up for a Pitney Bowes postage machine. It works fine and has been beneficial..but, I did not like the fact that postage must be purchased through the mail. This has resulted in postage funds not being in the meter when needed. I know it is my fault for not sending the postage fee in earlier, but I am a lawyer after all. Recently I received an e-mail offer for a trial of Stamps.com. I signed up and so far it works great. Two benefits of stamps.com over the PB machine are that  (1) postage can be purchased online for immediate use and (2) postage is printed from your printer. This may not seem like much, but I have gone through two PB ink cartridges ($39 each) in 8 months. So far, I have not discovered any drawbacks to using stamps.com over the PB machine.
