Home Inspector's Contract- Fair?

This opinion by the Mississippi Supreme Court reversed a Circuit Court's summary judgment in favor of a home inspector.The suit involves the particular language in the home inspection contract. In particular, the contract shortened the time period for the homeowners to bring suit and limited the inspector's exposure to $275...the amount of his inspection fee. The Supreme Court held the contract to be entirely unfair and ordered a new trial of the issue.
